In this document, "Platform" refers to the joay9 website, its services, and all associated digital channels. "User" refers to any person registered on the platform. "We" or "Company" refers to the organisation operating joay9.

These terms apply equally to all users. joay9 reserves the right to amend any provision contained here. Updated terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

Scope of Application

• All activities related to account registration and login
• Participation in casino games, slots, and live casino
• Cricket, football, and other sports betting
• Transactions related to deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses
• Participation in promotions and special offers

The following conditions must be met to create an account on joay9 and use any service on the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate only one account in your own name. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be true and accurate.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of another person or as a proxy.

After successful registration, joay9 may at any time request documents necessary for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

If the company is not satisfied or any information is found to be false, joay9 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit its balance.

Account Security

• Keeping your password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to joay9 immediately.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited.

joay9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Confirmed underage use
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Any attempt at technical fraud

Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team.

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your joay9 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds are generally added to the account quickly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits made using a third party's payment account are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawal funds will be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit. In special circumstances, a request for an alternative method may be submitted.

Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if verification is not complete. If fraud is suspected, joay9 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

New users will receive joay9's welcome bonus on their first deposit — a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account.
• Multiple bonuses from the same household or device are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

joay9 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be described in detail on the relevant promotion page. joay9 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion or cancel it.

All games on joay9 are operated using technology from accredited game providers. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely independent and impartial.

If a game result is incorrectly determined due to a technical error, joay9 reserves the right to void the bet for that round and return the relevant amount.

Prohibited Activities

• Using software or any automated method to place bets
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs
• Colluding with other players to gamble
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting outcomes will be determined based on the official results of sporting events.

If an event does not take place at the scheduled time or is cancelled, joay9 will void the relevant bet and return the staked amount. The right to void bets is reserved if fraudulent betting patterns are identified.

joay9's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Based on regular activity, users may be automatically promoted to a higher tier.

joay9 may modify VIP benefits, cashback terms, and tier change rules at any time. Users will be notified in advance if they are about to lose their VIP tier.

joay9 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a user due to a technical error, server outage, internet connectivity issue, or any other external cause. However, in the case of a confirmed technical error, the policy of returning the staked amount will be followed.

If a user suffers a loss due to providing incorrect information or placing an incorrect bet, joay9 is not liable.

All content, designs, software, logos, and brand elements on the joay9 platform are the intellectual property of the company. Using, copying, or distributing them without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
